Lauren is a Durango native and graduated from Fort Lewis College in 2009 with a degree in Accounting. She began her career with Alpine Bank in 2010 as a Credit Analyst and is currently attending CU’s Graduate School of Banking program.
Lauren has served on the board for the Riverhouse Children’s Center since 2012. She has served as Treasurer and now contributes as our Vice President. Her two boys attend Riverhouse. In her spare time, she enjoys cross-country skiing and hiking with her family and their two dogs.
Erin joined the Riverhouse Board in July of 2018. After spending 15 years in banking/commercial lending, Erin is now a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Heritage House. She brings previous Board experience with Habitat for Humanity and the Durango Art Center to her role with Riverhouse, and is currently the chair of our development committee.
Erin is a Colorado Native and has lived in Durango since 2013. She is the mother of twin girl and boy, Brooke and Emmitt. In her free time she enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, golfing, and spending time with her husband and kids.

Lindsay joined the Riverhouse board of directors in 2015 shortly after joining a committee for the center’s annual fundraiser – Cheers for Children. Lindsay has a daughter currently attending the center.
Lindsay graduated form Fort Lewis College with a degree in Business Management/Marketing. Her career has included sales and marketing efforts for various companies across Colorado. Lindsay currently works in marketing and real estate sales for the Glacier Club. Lindsay has lived in Durango for nearly a decade and enjoys the pace of life, true community, and all that the Four Corners region has to offer, 365 days a year.
Although Chelsea joined the Riverhouse board in 2018, she has been in the Riverhouse community since 2011 when her daughter started attending the center. She currently has a son who attends Riverhouse. She has enjoyed seeing the great progress that has been made to Riverhouse through the years.
Chelsea works as an independent contractor providing bookkeeping and accounting services to a variety of local businesses and is an alumni of Fort Lewis College with a degree in accounting.
Chelsea grew up in Pagosa Springs and enjoys gallivanting around the mountains of Southwest Colorado with her family and friends whether it be in the form of backpacking, biking, running or skiing. She has a garden that is far too big for her own good and has recently fallen head over heels with the art of beekeeping.
Jessica joined the Riverhouse Board of Directors in 2018. She has a strong passion for child development and values an "educate the whole child” approach. She has experience caring for and working with children of all ages in childcare center, in public schools and as a nanny. She attended higher level education in Connecticut, where she is originally from, and is currently a school psychologist.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her son, husband, family and friends, as well as seeing new places, volunteering, hiking, and cooking.
